The music tracks sold on this site (hereinafter referred to as audio) are copyright-free (royalty-free) music. By purchasing a license that allows you to download and use audio, you will not be charged a copyright fee for using audio, and you will not need to take any procedures regarding use.

All of our licenses are simple and straightforward. The following terms and conditions describe our policy. We shall sincerely fulfill all the obligations stipulated in this agreement, such as what you can and cannot do.

When we post individual rules regarding the specific operation of this Agreement regarding this service on this site, they shall be integrated with this Agreement.

Audio copyright

By purchasing a license, you can obtain an audio license from us, but the copyright and neighboring rights of the audio belong to the composer and performer.

Audio download policy

When purchasing an audio license (hereinafter referred to as
“download”), you can use it for any purpose as long as it does not conflict with
the license rules.

A purchased audio track includes 10 downloads and a 180-day deadline.

License scope

The download fee covers the use of that audio for one project.

If you need to use one audio in multiple projects, for example of
two different films; the main movie and the trailer, please request us a quote.

Report audio usage

It is not necessary to report, but if you report the use, it will
encourage us.

Cancellation and refund policy

Refunds for online purchases are only available if the downloaded
file is corrupted or if the wrongly purchased audio has not been downloaded.
The deadline for notification is within 7 days of purchase. Please be careful
when purchasing.

If you contact us for a refund request, your refund will be
processed within 15 business days through Paypal.

Banned acts
It is prohibited to distribute, play, share, rent, give, sell or distribute all or part of the audio in a form that can be used by a third party.

It is also prohibited to use it for advertising (including online advertising) without permission.

Audio copyright allow us to reserve the right to take legal action in the event of any breach of any of our Terms of Service.

Damage disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any compensation if network operation is stopped due to an unexpected accident such as a natural disaster, fire or power outage.

Changes to services and Terms of Use

We may change this agreement within the scope of the purpose of this service if we deem it necessary. In that case, we will notify you by displaying the changed content of this Agreement and the effective date on this service or our website, or by notifying you by a method specified by us. The revised Terms shall become effective from the date that notice of change is announced.

Governing laws and jurisdiction

This Agreement is originally written in Japanese and is governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first instance for any dispute that arises between the customer and the Company due to or in connection with this service.
